Since our inception, we have been committed to providing the highest quality of service to our clients in the Tooele County area. The mission of our service is to serve property owners. This includes taking care of the home as if it were our own saving them time and money and taking care of the tenants and their needs such as:
  1. Collecting rents and deposits into an FDIC insured Property trust account.
  2. Sending late notices and resolving collections problems.
  3. Enforcing evictions when necessary.
  4. Arranging bids on landscaping, snow removal and all types of contractor work.
  5. Resolving neighbor conflicts and concerns.
  6. Accounting for income and disbursements, which includes providing owners with monthly and yearly statements.
  7. Monthly disbursement of funds to owners if requested.
  8. Helping to protect owners from potential liability problems.
  9. Paying bills, and many more functions.

We also provide andexcellent maintenance service that provides:

  • 24 hour emergency availability
  • All forms of maintenance including plumbing and electrical
  • Landscaping
  • Snow Removal
  • Cleaning
  • Painting

The hourly maintenance rates for our services vary from with duties. After hours the charge is time and a half.
